Enterprise Global Security

Our global security applications provide Web-Based state-of-the art “tools” to assist corporate, educational and governmental managers or supervisors in identifying potentially problematic situations and/or occupants before they become potentially severe, dangerous and sometimes tragic or lethal. Managers will use this system as an ongoing tool, to confidentially monitor a situation and/or an occupants behavioral changes over time, either periodically or continuously. Through periodic updates, managers can communicate such changes to relevant staff of authorities. Such updates can be accessed and evaluated by special department (Service Bureau) under supervision. Our technologies provide means for occupants to monitor the behavior of each other, in a confidential environment.

The primary objective of the system is to give everyone involved the opportunity to monitor deviations in any occupant’s normal behavior and communicate with the manager, who in turn, may determine a proper course of action. A secondary objective of our system is to give the manager the ability to immediately notify the entire community of any worst-case scenario, a pending volatile situation, etc. The system will automatically notify the approved manager of “problematic situations” and depending on the “severity” and “degree of urgency”, notify the appropriate administrator by phone, cell phone, beeper, e-mail or fax. and then help determine and notify the proper authorities

Enterprise Messaging

E-mail remains the leading application on the Internet and continues to grow at an increasing rate. META recently estimated the global daily e-mail traffic volume at 15 billion messages and projected that e-mail traffic would rise to 35 billion messages by 2005. In today's business world, a simple text message is rarely enough. E-mail messages frequently contain rich media elements (such as graphics, HTML, MPEG, flash, audio and video) and attachments such as documents, presentations and spread sheets, etc. As computers and networks increase in speed, the size and complexity of e-mails increase, and user expectation or delivery time either remains the same, or decreases. With this pervasive use and the absolute reliance on e-mail come issues that IT managers must address such as, primary network optimization, message storage and message delivery.

We are developing software applications that will reduce the overall bandwidth needed for enterprise mail system traffic and storage requirements on the corporate and wireless networks, the Internet and for ISPs. Our applications will also greatly reduce the load on e-mail servers, speed up viewing of e-mail on wireless devices such as PDA's, improve backup and recovery procedures, and reduce administration costs.

We connect to a users mailbox (inbox) on a periodic basis as defined by the user or system administrator, archives the messages to our server and present the user with an HTML "digest" of their inbox contents. To the user, the digest has the look and feel of a standard inbox. As the digest is in an HTML format, the digest can be accessed and read over the web, via mobile devices such as PDA's and other wireless email delivery devices, web-enabled phones and of course, the standard desktop. This low-bandwidth digest allows a user to view the subject line and a brief synopsis of the mail message, as well as who the sender is and the date and time the e-mail was sent. If the message contains an attachment, the digest message will display the file name, size and type of attachment, giving the user to option of viewing or saving the attachment. Whenever a new attachment is added to our database, we check to see if another attachment with the same name, size and checksum exist. If a matching document does exist on the server we maintain only a single copy of the attachment, instead of multiple copies like other mail systems.

Our Application works with the leading mail servers, including Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Domino, Novell GroupWise, and standards-based messaging services such as POP3 and SMTP. A valuable feature is the ability to automatically remove SPAM prior to being stored on an enterprise e-mail server.

Security is addressed by the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) public/private key encryption. There is also a management module that enables automatic deletion of attachments and messages based on an administrator's policies. We utilize popular virus detection software to scan mail messages and attachments and delete or quarantine problematic e-mail and malicious code. Additionally, a compression engine can be incorporated to further reduce storage space and improve performance for wireless and other applications.

Ethernet Optimization Tools

Guzinta Technology Group is building a next generation Ethernet network optimization technology.  The technology manipulates and accelerates Ethernet frames/packets to produce a higher performing network infrastructure.

As Internet and corporate data transmission traffic grows, the need to optimize and move this data quickly and efficiently utilizing existing short and long haul backbone facilities increases dramatically. Our technology enables companies to consolidate, manage and more cost effectively transport all networked information for many applications including: disaster recovery, replication and data vaulting. A compelling feature is embedded intelligence in that it is compatible with today’s existing Ethernet standards including Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet. By incorporating our technology into the LAN/MAN/WAN/SAN (Local Area Network, Metropolitan Area Network, Wide Area Network and Storage Area Network) environments, users no longer need to purchase additional hardware (such as laying more fiber, buying additional Ethernet/Optical switches and routers or specific port upgrades on an enterprise wide network). Our technology is also fully compatible with today’s standards based management tools enabling users to help in the alleviation of the data transport congestion problem.

In addition, companies that want to extend storage area networks (“SANs”) over existing IP/Optical backbones are confronted with bandwidth constraints. We enable those who are “storage challenged” to move their growing stored data pools at multi-Gigabit speeds, without the need to invest in additional infrastructure. Our technologies are standards agnostic, supporting the emerging storage networking standards as they evolve, including iSCSI, FCIP and others. We are helping to define and create the next generation of high-speed Ethernet Networks, delivering optimized communications at a low cost of ownership.

Our multi-speed Ethernet capabilities will allow IT executives to take their network environments to the next level and use Ethernet based networking for the most demanding applications. Our technology will revolutionize storage networking by providing everyone from entry-level users to large enterprises with the technology to eliminate network bottlenecks and congestion at a very attractive and compelling ROI.  The design offers an unprecedented ease of integration into a wide variety of platforms.

The development of high performance file sharing and collaborative applications, mission critical storage applications, and the scalable consolidation and interconnection of shared resources over high speed backbones will be fostered with this technology. Enterprises will now be able to take advantage of more efficient storage networking architectures at an affordable price point, with an order of magnitude increase in performance.

It’s an Ethernet World

Multi-Speed Ethernet services are not just cheaper; they are also easier to deploy while offering higher bandwidth and enhanced features.  Corporate IT managers deal with Ethernet every day, so the technology is familiar.

Since Ethernet has always been a “first come, first served technology, in which all data are treated equally, many industry experts fussed over the Quality of Service/Class of Service that Ethernet could provide.  MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching) gives established carriers the ability to prioritize network traffic.  We are positioning ourselves to deliver to the industry a new technology called ELS (Ethernet Label Switching) that will allow and guarantee standards based, low cost, high performance and available everywhere solutions to the masses.

No more need to groom traffic, since we will build in the buffers that will allow a much simpler and less costly infrastructure compared to the only available carrier class environments such as ATM and SONET.  We can solve the bandwidth congestion conundrum and now make accessible to the industry; a truly high performance Global Ethernet Network tool set.

Guzinta Technology Group will enhance our customer’s services while positioning them to become leaders in the management and performance for Ethernet network infrastructures, including the latest EFM (Ethernet in the First Mile) applications.
